Simon Campbell trained me to be an instructor/Trainer in Bolton. He is a true Professional throughout.
I really enjoyed the week spent there and and learned a lot from him and I would like to think he learned a little bit from me
Campbell Training Services provided the training for my FLT,VNA,EPT, LLOP and MLOP. They provided an excellent course with the right amount of theory and most importantly an emphasis on safe efficient practical operational skills. It was a brilliant experience and upgraded the skill set of all the operators in the course.
I received fantastic training from Simon for my FLT Instructor course. His communication skills are second to none. He knew there was good FLT Instructor in me somewhere and he worked hard to get me to that point. Thanks to Simons talent and patience my career has gone from strength to strength. I can’t thank him enough for that.
Why do you need forklift training?
Operating a forklift is a complex operation that requires the operator to have the knowledge to operate a fork-lift safely and efficiently. A fully trained operator ensures that the forklifts are used safely and only to carry out the tasks they were designed for. Additionally, their productivity is high because they can use the forklifts safely at a faster speed.
Ensure Safety
Forklift trucks have the potential to injure or kill people if operated by employees who are not competent to do so. Having forklift training ensures the forklift operator is competent and capable to do their assigned role.
Novice Training
The novice forklift training course is for those who have never operated a forklift before. This is an introduction to forklift operations and will cover everything from forklift legislation, to forklift health and safety regulations. This course is for people who are looking to becoming forklift operators.
Experienced Training
This course is for those forklift drivers who have already completed the novice forklift training and currently hold a forklift licence. On this course you will learn more about the mechanics of forklift operations, including forklift attachments and how they affect forklift characteristics.
You will also cover the forklift load-handling theory and the forklift operators’ safety code. This course is recommended for those who are already forklift operators and wish to learn a more advanced way of operating a forklift.
Trainer Training
If your company has a regular need for in-house fork lift truck training, especially if you run several sites, it can be a real advantage to have staff members trained as forklift truck instructors. Our expert trainers will bring your team up to the right standard to pass the knowledge on. We also provide professional forklift training for instructors that work for training companies and colleges.
